We are Platinum members of B. We had stayed in BW around the country and abroad. It was the first time in Plattsburgh. We were looking for a spacious room due to our long term stay. So, the first day on room 304, one of the best room in the hotel, I found spider net in every corner, and one SPIDER WAS in my pillow.. come on! spider in your bed.. No way! the room was a good size room, but IT WAS REALLY DARK. Due to my studies in computer, I asked them FOR ANOTHER LIGHT to put over my desk, and they said they DONT HAVE ONE. REALLY? BESIDE THAT, After a month stay, I asked to them to clean my room properly, because dust was everywhere. So, the Manager Tracy Graves did not like my inquire, AND MY ROOM wasn’t cleaned. I will attached some pics! THIS ROOM COST ALMOST $ 200 DOLLAR PER NIGHT, and I could not ask them to do a good job, OR THEIR JOB.We are platinum member, but for this hotel it doesn't mean anything. WE ARE REALLY DISAPPOINTED with this BEST WESTERN IN PLATTSBURGH. IT WAS THE WORST STAY IN OUR LIVES. they don’t care about their guest. I FELT DISCRIMINATED BY THE MANAGER TRACY GRAVES, because I am Latina and I have a Black French Bulldog. They don’t like dogs as well, although they say they are pet friendly. I will NEVER RECOMMEND this hotel to anyone I know. IT was a Terrible stay. t is terrible to write this review as well. less

I am familiar with your stay and interactions with our staff. I respectfully disagree with your accusations about the property and conclusions about the staff along with your conclusion that we discriminated against you.
