We serve up mouth-watering menus to complement the breath-taking scenery around us at Craiglands Hotel. Brasserie1 and its adjoining Bar have French windows which open out onto a terrace at the front of the hotel with views of the hotel's gardens and the Yorkshire Moors beyond. Simple and delicious, locally sourced ingredients are rustled up in style in our kitchen to give you a full selection of seasonal, homemade dishes.
Brasserie1 is an informal, contemporary recent addition to this grand Victorian hotel. Brasserie1 and the adjoining Bar have French windows which open out onto a terrace at the front of the hotel with views of the hotel's gardens and the Yorkshire Moors beyond. Decorated in a pleasing mix of modern and traditional design with the benefit of a light bright environment and on winter evenings an open fire adding to the ambience. The menu combines simplicity with excellent locally sourced ingredients and offers a relatively narrow selection to ensure a consistently high standard with the choice changing regularly to maximise the use of produce appropriate to each season.
