First, the hotel was comfortable...the beds were nice and it was clean...Mainly my concern was with the staff. Vacation is to be relaxing not tense. There was spoiled milk served at breakfast, which I realize can happen to any worker having a rough day...however making it right was not on the radar...My checkout time was confirmed at a certain time and still I got knocks on my door and a phone call of when I was leaving, when I confronted them about it again it was me 'being unreasonable'
My last request was this... I was asked to contact the manager about my concerns, I then left my name and number with a message, that if she is concerned about 'smoothing things over' then she can call me when she gets in...that phone call has never come...
I'm sure you might go to this hotel and things would be fine, but just if you do go and there is any conflict, do not thinking anyone is going to try to make your life easier! less

On behalf of the entire staff on our property, I'd like to apologize. Spoiled milk is not an issue we take lightly, I truly wish I was made aware of the situation, however this is the first I'm hearing of it. I'm so sorry you were subjected to both the milk and an unsatisfactory response from our staff.
Today, I'll be going through our milk selection and ensuring all of our products are as fresh as they can be as well as reaching out to our supplier in order to ensure the proper delivery expiration and storage of our products. Furthermore, I'll be investigating our customer service team and getting to the bottom of both the situation and our agent's response.
I, unfortunately, was also never made aware that you needed to speak to me in regards to customer care, something I take very seriously. I also intend to get to the bottom of why this message for me was never received.
Thank you so much for bringing these issues to my attention, and I am truly sorry that it was your family who had to experience them.
I can assure you that I'm taking action as we speak, I hope you have great rest of your week.
