Unfortunately, the manager Debra was less than pleasant after a mirror fell off the wall while I was not in the room. I was charged an incidental fee for the mirror falling off the wall and shattering glass on the floor, again this occurred while I was at dinner and not even in the room. I called the front desk immediately and since they did not have anyone on staff to clean it, I had to move rooms at 7 months pregnant, by myself, with no assistance. I tried to speak with Debra the manager about the charge and she hung up on me twice and told me she would not refund the incidental charge. She was less than pleasant. This is the type of customer service this hotel has to offer. less

We always use guest feedback as a way to continually improve our services. While we agree that the situation could have been handled differently, our policies regarding incidentals are in place to help protect our guests as well as our accommodations. Unfortunately, if a room is not returned in the same condition it was received, guests will incur a charge for incidentals. This is standard practice for all hotels.
