My husband and I had a reward voucher for a free night. We booked a king room and at check in, were asked if a walk-in shower would be ok. We said sure, it didn't really matter. When we went into the room, we noticed that the bed did not face the TV - it was on the far right wall, making it impossible to watch TV. After 1 hour, we went downstairs to see about changing rooms. The clerk called the general manager, Rashesh Patel, on the phone to ask his permission. He said only if we paid a $25 up-charge. We refused to do this because the room was supposed to be free. We called Best Western customer service after we left and they said they would look into it. The next day, I got the rudest call I have ever received from Rashesh Patel, general manager. He yelled at me and treated me so hateful. He would not let me talk and I finally hung up on him. I did not deserve to be treated in such a way. I haven't been that mad in a very long time. The hotel looks nice but don't stay there. The manager should be fired! less

Sorry for any inconvenience to you. The room type you have is standard room type for free night vouchers. If you want to switch the room after few hours because you don't like the room layout of TV. We will be more than happy to change it out for you. Next available rooms we have is King Suite which is upgraded room, and we ask you for pay upgrade fee of $25.00 & you refused to pay for it.
