I’ve written a previous review on this hotel and see improvements with service and a much better breakfast option rather than the older 3 (or 4) breakfast menu items served in an Asian restaurant which was hardly satisfying or filling! Now it’s a full full blown breakfast with hot eggs, meats, waffles, pastries, etc., etc. it’s great! However, the shuttle service from LAX was completely frustrating!! Called three times and you're placed on automatic hold music for about 5 minutes, then the phone will repeatedly ring on and on. It took 3 of these attempts and 20 minutes before someone finally picks up the phone. FRUSTRATING!! Then the hotel clerk mentions the driver will leave in about 10 min, and it’ll take another 35 minutes before I could be picked up, and another 30 min to the hotel after/when the driver shows up. This advertised shuttle service sounds great in theory, but they really need to make it more practical! I called a friend for a ride!!!!! It was much, much faster.
