Yes, our property is a bit older but we are currently working on upgrades and special projects everyday in order to provide the best stay we can for our guest. We also believe in having a 'customer service first' culture where we welcome all guests. I am happy you were satisfied with all our amenities. I do apologize about the maintenance issues. I have shared this feedback with the Chief Engineer and Head Housekeeper. We will address all of it and also address it during decisions we make for upgrades.
