on 8-6-2020 me and my wife stayed at the Best western Skagit valley inn, we was charged $100 incidental fee's, when we checked out the the manager Karen told us we should receive our $100 within 5 to 10 business days. On the 20th my wife called Karen the manager, she left a few messages before she returned her call, Karen told her that she would refund the $100, after waiting 10 days it was not returned, we called Karen the Manager again, she could not be reached, finally my wife talked to Karen a second time, she again said she would refund the $100. Now September 8th and the $100 is still not refunded, my wife called Karen the manager, impossible to reach her for several days no call back, so we called corporate on September 11, corporate gets a response from Karen the manager on September 11 that she would refund the $100, here it is October 1 and guess what still no refund, really sad we have stayed at this location for 15 years, two or three times a year and now as people of color we don't not feel comfortable to stay at this Best western ever again from the shady manager Karen who is refusing to return our incidental fee's, also soon as we checked in our room, 30 mins later a man and a woman keyed in our room, walked in, good thing we were there, Karen the manager says at the front desk oh i made a mistake, yea sure you did, my personal opinion of this new manage is she is shady and a bad representation for the owners and the Best Western.....im sure she has stolen other peoples incidental fee's...STAY AT YOUR OWN RISK....PEOPLE OF COLOR DON"T STAY HERE!...Please hear what i'm not saying! less
