There was no hot water from the time of check in through the next day at check out. No offer of a reduced room rate, or indication of when/if there would be hot water. All of the surrounding hotels were full and we were stuck at this location. We worked the entire day outside and were dirty and sweaty ~ needed at hot shower at the end of the day AND before having to go to work the next morning. Never stay here. How could they operate the kitchen, serving food, washing dishes and their hands after using the bathroom, with no hot water in the hotel? less

We apologize for the inconvenience the lack of hot water caused all of our guest. Unfortunately, the boiler went down and it did take several hours to get it back up. We do have back up boilers which seemed to have a domino effect. This is not something that has ever happened in the past and our crew worked non-stop along with the local boiler repair company to get the water going as quickly as possible.
The kitchen operates with back up measures that include a small water heater for the dishwasher as well as having the proper protocols set forth for the 3 step method of washing and sanitizing. We also have the ability to boil the water to insure that anything being washed by the sanitation station, including the hand washing basin can have the proper temperatures to work with.
I did look into your account and you did receive a healthy discount for your troubles as well as an additional night on us. We always want to ensure that every guests that is here gets the stay and comfort they pay for. At very rare times, some things can happen which prevent that. At no time do we stop until we can get those items corrected and we try to always make sure our guests are happy with their final result.
