This hotel is OK. It’s clean. Needs to be updated. They did not make known any additional precautions that they were taking for Covid with respect to cleaning the rooms before you got there. The shower in our room was a tub enclosure and I thought I was going to fall through the floor it kept creaking. The bathroom door wouldn’t close. It’s just not somewhere I would ever stay again less

While COVID-19 has caused us to make amendments to our hotel’s services and offerings for your safety and wellbeing, our hotel continues to look for ways to improve our guests’ stay. We appreciate you providing insight on what we can do to better meet your needs going forward. Please know that the health and safety of our guests remain paramount, and as such, we were among the first in the industry to roll out standards and best practices to enhance our cleaning protocols at the start of COVID-19. Our hotel prides itself on embracing BWH Hotel Group’s We Care Clean™ initiative, and our trained staff are committed to ensuring the highest cleanliness standards recommended by the Centers for Disease Control. Currently our team members wear a mask and keeps social distance in all public area. We have installed clear barrier at front desk to keep safe distance between guest and our team members. We have installed hand sanitizing station at front desk and by each elevator entry on every floor. We sanitize each room upon cleaning. Our breakfast host serves hot breakfast with a safe barrier and all cold items such as muffins, bread and bagels are individually wrapped as per requirement. Our team members do sanitize front desk area, coffee station, elevator buttons and other public area multiple times a day to stop the spread.
