I had a reservation for my mother and the day my mom was arriving I went to pay for the room. The receptionist said she couldn't find my reservation. I offered to pay for another room and she wouldn't allow that. So I said fine, i will be taking my business else where. 3 days later, they billed me for a room we never used and it wasn't like we could cancel a reservation that they said they couldn't find. I have allergies to pet dander and they had a dog also running loose in the lobby that kept sniffing my leg while I was talking to the front desk receptionist. Best Western made a HUGE mistake. My mom ended up staying two weeks instead of the 3 days she planned. They lost out on a lot of money. Don't trust this place less

We are sorry to know that you were not able to check in. We found that you were not able to give us the name in which the reservation was made. We also could not let you know the names we had coming in for privacy reasons. The reservation that was there later fell in a no show status but you were not charged. We understand the loss of your business and feel sorry. We sincerely hope to serve your Mom again sometime. Thank you!
