I like staying in Best Westerns, because I have come to a certain expectation so when I booked this trip That was the expectation that I had, I try to book early and arrive early so I can get a 1st floor room, but I shrugged it off, when I didn't, then my room door didn't open, she moved us to another room, the room heater didn't work, you could tell it was Jerry rigged, so she turned it on from the front desk, Internet was spotty at best, and the breakfast in a bag was the last straw, I was confused about Quality. less
