Quick summary: Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Friendly, professional service. Easy access to I-80. Good breakfast.
My review is what I expect of this type of "value-plus" hotel, not a 5-star property.
We were travelling through the area and stayed one night. Room 111 had two queen beds and 4 comfy pillows on each bed. Big work desk with comfy chair three-drawer chest and closet with doors (these days, so many hotels cheap out with open closets, and I hate for cleaning staff to see all my stuff, plus it looks messier.)
All the amenities that this type of "good value plus" property provides these days: microwave, fridge, coffee maker, iron/board, flat screen TV with good channels. I did not see an in-room safe (I think,) but the front desk has a safe. Also: coffee/tea available 24 hours.
Nice clean bathroom with toiletries (I forget which, specifically) with shower/tub combo. Nice large vanity to spread out your own toiletries.
Good breakfast of hot and cold items: scrambled egg, sausage, pastries, breads, cereals, nice toppings, fruit, etc. and etc.
Beautiful lodge-like public areas. I can see that this place probably hosts some business groups and provides an assortment of nice public and private meeting areas. (Cabela's HQ is nearby.) As a result, there are also good business services available, and will do laundry for a nominal charge.
We did not use them, but the property has a nice-looking indoor pool and a fitness room.
Due diligence: if I am being picky, these are the things that could use improvement:
+ The complimentary wifi is slow. I don't know if that is a hotel thing or an area thing, but it's not what I'm used to. I don't recall if it is a secure network, but it's what it is. For one night, we dealt with it.
+ The plugs for the electrical devices are convenient, but are getting a little loose - probably used a lot.
+ Minor housekeeping gripe: we only had decaf coffee left with the room coffee maker. Easily corrected, but 'glad I checked before we went to bed.
To sum, this was a very good stay and we'd be happy to stay again if in the area. My issues above are relatively minor. less
