The room was nice. parking under the building is useful, also the location. shower head is too low ( and I am only 6 feet). didn't like the idea that all guests walking in the corridors see the swimming pool ( others in my group didn't care about it). room was cleaned only where you can see not more than that. it wasn't a very welcoming hotel. less

The management and staff are very eager to provide an excellent service at our best to ensure total guest/s satisfaction despite of the Covid restrictions in the hotel and around our place here. Keeping our hotel rooms clean, organize and sanitized are the main priority of the housekeeping department to ensure the safety of the guests and employees too. Providing a welcoming and friendly aura and exerting a keen knowledge on the hotel and around the whole Banff area for a more exciting guest experience are also one of the service promises of our front desk personnel.
Maintaining the efficiency of all the amenities of the hotel is one of the assets of the maintenance department however with regards to your feedback about the shower head and the pool being seen by public , we are very sorry that we are not in control of that as it is being installed as per Best Western standards.
Creative and combined effort and ideas are being sorted to ensure great service and absolute food criteria, selection and availability in the breakfast area. Most especially keeping and ensuring that everything is onset in our daily hotel routine is my top priority .
