Ive stayed in hunderdsof hotel rooms over the years as I once traveled for a living. This was a very big disappointment for a Best Western Plus. hotel. Very poor communication and service. Not worth the money comparatively speaking. Be warned they do not clean rooms at the hotel if you stay for multiple days. This was NEVER communicated in any form (by the desk clerk, via notices in rooms or after asking for the room to be cleaned). I had to ask multiple times for more towels since rooms are not cleaned daily.
Checkout receipt not given under door as most other hotels do on the last day. Spiders were present in my room, hot/cold selector on the sink was backward, noise from other rooms heard, people, smoking marijuana on the patio with the smoke wafting into the room. Grass area depicted for pets is actually very small (plenty of walking areas with grass surrounding the hotel though),
You have to ask, sometimes repeatedly for things to be done. What added insult to injury was the pushback fin the form of an email from the general manager when these issues were brought to her attention. The email was written so there could be only one-way communication from her, obviously meant to minimize the issues on a public website. less

I do apologize for any inconvenience you may have experienced. Like many hotels, we did discontinue the daily housekeeping service in reference to the virus and in the thoughts of keeping our guests and our staff safe. We do not deliver bills to the rooms in an effort to be a "green" hotel to help our lovely planet. I am very sorry that you did not have a great stay experience with us. That is something to try to ensure all guests have, but we obviously fell short of that with you. I am also very sorry if you felt my communication was "one-way". The surveys you take only allow me to respond to your comments, and I am not allowed to leave personal contact information. Again we want all our guests to have a great stay and hope that we could invite you back to have a much better experience.
