When I arrived, the front desk attendant ( I didn't get her name) was great!! I was worried about Covid19 so I asked if I could get some disinfectent for my room. She reassured me the rooms had be cleaned and disinfected prior to my arrival but was more then happy to fulfill my request with the same stuff they housekeeping personnel used and she also gave me a few extra hand towels to use and told me I could just leave it in the room when I left. :) She also knew exactly where my room was located and where to park to see my car. (I asked because of the type of car I drive) She informed me of the grab-n-go breakfast they would have the next morning and made sure I was good to go. The room was very nice. The bed was great and the pillows were soft and I didn't have any problem falling asleep. I really liked the sitting area. I feel it makes it more like an apartment than a hotel room which is always nice. It was quite and I like the location. It's far enough to keep the noise away but is close enough to really enjoy the surrounding. The only thing I was slightly disappointed about was when I did leave it was early enough for the grab-n-go breakfast but there was no one at the front desk to ask about it. I try to stay at hotels that have a restaurant or at least offer breakfast, its better for me to eat before I start my day because more often then not, I don't have time to stop and usually can't eat until late afternoon or early evening. I enjoyed my stay and will book with them in the future. less
