The room was okay at first. However at bedtime we tried using the phone to make a wake up only to find out neither of the two phones could receive a wake up call.They offered to switch rooms. But we had already had our things unpacked. Buttons were missing from one phone.Used tooth brush was laying above the top of mirror in the bathroom.Earlier in the evening I went down stairs to lobby to use the computer to print boarding passes for following am. None of the three computers were able to connect to internet. I reported it to desk and was told that they would have someone fix it.After a while, one of the computers was connected to internet. I tried to print my boarding passes. After trying twice and nothing happened, I went to desk only to find out, the printers we're connected to internet. The lady at the desk let me use the desk computer to print off the passes. The print job was so bad the Delta gate agent had to reprint them. We had requested 2 to go breakfasts for our 4:30 shuttle. Yeah, your right if you guessed they weren't ready either. I hope I never have to stay there again. less
