First impressions always stick !!! Front desk worker.. could of cared less that we were there. Basically we were bothersome to her at checking in. I did chat with the van driver, though we did not need to use her and she was very pleasant.. She was the only ray of sunshine around this hotel.
I did request a room in a quieter area, since our flight was leaving very early in the morning. The comment was something like, you kind of get which room I gave you and if you have a problem with noise call the front desk. I want to avoid being woken up in the middle of the night and I don’t want to have to call the front desk, this is what I want to avoid....
After coming back from dinner we walked in with some other people that were getting their luggage and heading to their room ...Took the elevator up they ended up coming back out of their room with discussed, because it smelled like cigarette smoke and pot. You know what, go ahead smoke but at least have the decency do it outside. Was somebody in this room smoking the night before? Or do people have keys and come and go as they please ?!?! If and when this room was clean would they not notice that it reeked of smoke and have done something about it ..instead of placing a customer in this room ??
Pool would’ve been nice to go in but not with the water clarity and cleanliness of it .. I just was not seeing it.
Our room was clean, our bed was comfortable and we did get a good nights sleep.
Checked out early in the morning and again we were greeted with the same attitude as we were checking in ...basically why are you wasting my time or troubling me.
Maybe if your employees put a little smile on their face and acknowledged your/their customers ...You wouldn’t and I wouldn’t be seeing so many reviews about customer service !! less
