We are glad to inform you that the Irazu Complex has two different hotels (the Best Western PLUS and the Best Western Irazu); even though they share most of the common areas, they are two completely different hotels with different services, different types of accommodations and different rates. We apologize that you found our gym so dated and limited and we ask you to please accept our most sincere apologies for it.
