Let me first say that when I checked in, the gentleman at the front desk was friendly. When I got to my room we started wiping down surfaces with disinfectant wipes because of the whole Covid 19 thing. You would think that during these times, that your room would be completely clean and sanitized upon check in. Some of the areas I wiped down were so bad it turned my white wipes black. There was dust so thick that it was obvious those areas hadn't been touched in at least a month. The desk clerk offered my another room but I declined, I asked him why he thinks any other room would be cleaner. I did not want to clean another room. I asked to see a manager and was told there was not one on site and there was no way to get in touch with her, but I was told that there would be a manager onsite the next morning at 7:00am. no such luck. The front desk clerk kind of laughed and said it's Saturday he won't be in on the weekend. I was scheduled to stay here 5-7 days but I checked out the very next morning. One other thing, they don't wipe down the luggage carts after each use. Good thing I had my own wipes. I would not reccomend this property! less
