I'm going to have to say that this is one of my worst Best Western stays. I had submitted my reservation on line and requested a top floor. Front counter staff began to give me a room, on the first floor. I aked if there wasn't anything open on the top? Yes, there was & she didn't see that request. BUT, here's some serious issues. The white bedspread had two brown marks on it and one brown mark on the bathroom wall. That's just wrong. There were two towels and one hand towel and one coffee cup. My husband cleaned the mark on the wall. I went down and told the 'manager' .. afer I was able to have him remove his ear buds that I needed hand towels and the bed covering. I was given 2 washcloths and handed another quilt. I only needed the cover. Basic cleaning would be nice. . Fill the dispensers in the shower. Then, I know using the washer and dryer are at your own risk. Sad to say, no lie. My load didn't complete all the settings, which lead to soap stuck on my clothes and a soapy water mess on the floor. My husband went down to report it. He was given rags to get started on the issue. Right... rags so 'we' can clean the floor. When he came up, he saw my husband was on the floor wiping it, I was mad and told him that I'll do another wash of $2.00. He looked at the situation, said "oh" and left. He had his ear buds in probbly 98% of the time. Very unprofessional. I had to wait for him, as he continued talking on the ear buds. The only time he didn't have them in was when he came up to the laundry room. So, get housekeeping some training and have follow ups. Management ... just overall he needs a lot of help/guidance/ etc. If this was my first stay at a Best Western I would not stay at another. Nightmare stay for us. less
