This hotel looked nice from the front and upon entering but it went downhill after that. First thing was there is NO BAR in the hotel, even though it is shown on the website as having one. Then after going to my room, my TV remote would not work and when I tried to call the front desk, I quickly found that the phone did not work. When I went to the front desk I told the attendant that it's kinda frustrating that I could not call to report a problem because the phone didn't work. She fixed the TV problem but was not able to fix the phone problem, so no phone for my weekend stay. Then I found 2 empty light sockets in bathroom where there should have been 4. Not burnt out bulbs, just no bulbs in the sockets. I again went to the front desk and was given 2 bulbs for ME to put in. One worked and the other did not so the next morning put the bad bulb on the counter for housekeeping to see and hopefully replace......you guessed it, it was NOT replaced. In addition, the garbage can was not emptied. That morning I reported the light bulb issue to the front desk and was told it would be taken care of during that day while I was out.......you guess it again, it was NOT. In addition, the shampoo dispenser in the shower was completely EMPTY on my last morning there, so again, another disappointment. Totally a bad experience for me and for the rate I was charged, I expected more. less
