Barely average

Not the Best!

Stopped overnight! Room was ok. Clean. Beds comfortable. Had asked for a rollaway but they do d not have. Did see many silver fish on carpets and in hallways. Pool of course not heated or open and no ... more

I do apologize for the tea getting thrown away, my housekeepers are to clean up the rooms as best they can with working around the guest belongings, in return she thought it was trash. She apologized when she got confronted and my desk clerk also told me she apologized several times to the guest and other team mates that was with the team. I do trust all my housekeepers here, I have had them turn in several items down to laptops that guest have left before. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.
