I was not sure about the exact dates of my stay and booked 3 nights in advance. It was very convenient to adjust the dates because the hotel would only charge me at the 4 pm of the day of arrival, so I changed the date twice, with no penalty.
The evening staff was exceptionally nice. Attentive, smiling young men whom I heard speak English, Armenian, and Russian. I asked for a free upgrade and got it! The room on the 3rd floor was very comfortable, spacious, and quiet, with all amenities I would expect. The wireless internet worked well. The desk had enough outlets to plug in a laptop, a printer, and bunch of other things -- important for me as I had to work. By the way, this hotel is dog-friendly, and I heard some dogs' presence as I was walking to the elevator, but it was merely a presence, not barking.
I always eat my own breakfast, so I can't say anything about that aspect.
When I was moving out, the personnel put my luggage on a cart and brought it to the car (maybe, it's just a courtesy for an elderly lady, but I was pleased.)
At the reception desk, I was checked out by the GM Naira, and she cordially thanked me for my stay and invited to come back. That was a sharp contrast with some of my experiences in other places when an impression from an otherwise nice hotel would be almost destroyed by a robot-like morning receptionist who would not smile or say anything beyond "You're all set." Best Western impressed me as a human-friendly hotel with a cordial attitude where they want you to be happy with your stay and come back. less
