I was pretty disappointed to say the least. I booked the two room suite months ago which was not even as clean as the pictures looked online. In the evening the first night night we found we couldn’t get the sofa mattress to open; and discovered it was severely bent. The manager came with security, and after a 15 minute struggle, they bent out the bed and we discovered a badly stained smelly/stinky mattress covered in leftover food and crumbs and dirty sheets. This was followed up by a moldy sandwich stuffed underneath, dirty men’s boxers, lots of chips and crumbs and just crap. The manager did pull out the bed and vacuum and gave us bedding and said that she would email housekeeping to get the mattress cleaned the next day. Next day comes and I caught housekeeping and they told me that they don’t even clean the rooms anymore that are stayovers much less knew anything about cleaning the mattress. The HK manager came into speak with me and advised me that he couldn’t clean the mattress because then it would be soaking wet for the rest of our entire stay. ((Terrific)) he told me that the bed would be trashed after we departed and said that he would speak to the front desk to ensure that we were guaranteed a credit/discount for our troubles. That evening came and I spoke to the front manager and she said that we would receive one. Upon our checkout I asked for a receipt only to find out that they basically changed our first night rate back to a higher rate and then claimed they knocked off a percentage ((to make it look like we did get a discount)) and then the gal argued with me about the rate. I told her that I had the email confirmation already showing the rate prior of 179.99 while she claimed it was higher and that the manager gave me the great discount for my troubles with the dirty beds. I showed her the email where it already stated my rate was 179.99 prior to the discount and they needed to apply the discount and she completely disregarded me and blew me off!!! I was over it and I left and want nothing to do with this place!! Disgusting!!
We had previously stayed at the Clubhouse Inn & Suites, and I’m going to say that is exactly where I am going to stay from here on out.
McKenzie understood what was going on but obviously needs more help at this place, and as a manager you should do what you say you are going to do. Not con people at the end. ((I didn’t appreciate my room rate getting changed to a higher rate to make it look like you gave me a stellar deal))
Diane was bitter every time you dealt with her at the desk. When asking for pool towels, she replies,”can’t you use the ones out of your room?” Yeah maybe if we got service?!?! In between the showers and pool time, we were drying our towels out like the Little House on the Prairie Times hahaha geez
The Housekeeping manager was friendly, apologetic, and straight forward. Told us what he could do and what they couldn’t. He didn’t beat around the bush. I respect that, and appreciated it.
To say the least... dead no... stay some where else. This is your last resort less
