This Hotel, 1st of all, did not feel safe. I had no choice but to stop and stay here. It was difficult to find, and there were people, a few, hanging around out side, which was a bit scary, it was late night when I did stop. The 1st room I was in, the AC did not work. The lady at the service desk was very sweet and helpful, she gave me another room. Both rooms did not feel clean, they kinda looked it, but there was a muggy smell, the couch in the second room had stains all over it: it was down right nasty. I really didn't want to get in the bed. I stayed up as long as I could, and layed down for just a little while, then showered, and that wasn't too clean looking. The hall had a strong smell, like Paint, or something like it. I think they are doing some updating. I would not stay here again. less

Dear Roxanne D,
Thank you for giving us the opportunity to recognize our staff yet I regret to hear of your dissatisfaction with the condition of the hotel especially with the AC and rooms cleanliness during your most recent stay with us. It is not like us to deliver poor accommodations and we will work our hardest to get back to the standard we are known for.
We have implemented many new guidelines and procedures for cleaning in our hotel rooms. We focus on "high touch" areas that could harbor germs, and have implemented additional cleanings of those areas, in addition to other steps we are taking around the hotel, to protect our guests and staff members.
I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
