I checked in late last night for a 3-nt stay and quickly discovered this hotel was a TERRIBLE choice! The front desk clerk claimed my credit card kept declining so I had to give him my bank card until I could call my cc company in the morning to see what was happening. My credit card company assured me that there was absolutely nothing wrong with my account. I don’t even have a credit limit, as it is a business AMEX so it wasn’t even possible to be over any limit. Then, got to my room and saw nothing but issues: the bare floor (no carpeting) looked like it hadn’t been mopped in months. Sticky, dried crap was on the floor in multiple places. The curtains had gross stains! There were two queen beds in the room and BOTH beds had dirty linens consisting of hair and stains! The sink in the bathroom filled completely with water when running the water for a short time and took A VERY LONG TIME to drain. I reported the issues that night. Asked to have linens on BOTH beds changed the next morning while I was gone. Asked to have my room and bathroom MOPPED and not just swept. Asked to have maintenance put drain opener in the sink so it would drain faster. Reported the issues again that morning when I left for work and was assured they would be taken care of. Get back to the hotel after working 12 hours, only to find the exact same issues still present: dirty linens with same stains, same stains on the floor, and sink still not draining fast enough. The front desk claims the manager personally went to inspect the room after they supposedly cleaned it. Please take note of the date and time stamps on the before and after pics of the sheet stain. Exact same stain was there. I complained yet again and was offered another room which wasn’t comparable to the one I had. They would rather make you change rooms instead of actually doing their jobs and cleaning the room I had. I checked out 2 nights early but they still charged me for an additional night since checkout time was 11am when I was at work. They should have been cleaning my room therefore I wouldn’t have needed to checkout early. Thus, I was charged $97 for a night I didn’t even spend at the hotel. The customer service is non-existent, the hotel is filthy and definitely will NEVER stay here again in life. These people are too lazy to actually do their jobs. less

We are sorry you had this experience at our hotel. We ensured that our head housekeeper tended to your room and cleaned it personal herself, then after management went to inspect the room to ensure it was up to quaintly as well. We offered to move you to an up graded 2 queen suit free of charge of course, which you refused, we then offered to give you new sheets, which you refused as well. You then proceed to call customer care and choose to hang up on them after requesting a $50 gift card, which was denied since you used on upon check in. Im not sure we could have possible done anything else at this point to satisfy your stay. We sure hope you find another hotel that can. Safe travels.
