Pros: Very welcoming and pleasant staff members (every single one), large rooms, clean, central location, inclusive breakfast was a pleasant surprise (fruits, cereals, cheese, hot foods, coconut, yogurt, etc.), free wifi, complimentary use of business centre
Cons: leaking shower, towels were not consistent (there were two of us staying and sometimes we would get one bath towel, a bath mat rather than a hand towel, etc.).
There were numerous reminders on several signs in the room that the hotel was not responsible for stolen belongings - even those placed in the hotel safe. This was a little unsettling at first and thus we had a chat with the manager. She assured us that there were numerous signs because many guests don't lock up their valuables. We stayed there for 7 days and had no problems luckily.
For Tanzania, we were happy with the quality of this Best Western. less
