Worst Experience! Be Very Cautious!

We didn't get the room we paid for on Expedia, when we asked about the room discrepancy because we booked and paid for a Superior King w/ Fireplace room but were initially put in a regular Queen room. We were moved to a second room which was supposedly a Superior King however, we never found out as when we opened the door to the room we found it to be occupied already... yes occupied by other guests!! Mind blowing but unfortunately true!!
So back to the front desk we went for a second time, where we were informed that there weren't any of the rooms we booked and paid for actually available so they then put us in a third room of the night. It wasn't the same room we paid for or were expecting to have, but it was the "best they could do". Be sure to know there aren't elevators and moving luggage up and down multiple stair levels with my wife being 6 months pregnant was rather frustrating!!!
At this point nothing was going to be too surprising to us so the room light burning out after being in there for all of 5 minutes or finding left behind clothes from a previous guest in the closet seemed like the expected in this place!! Clearly their cleaners don't bother to open the closet while cleaning the rooms... good to know and makes you wonder what else they don't open or clean while "cleaning" the rooms.
When we asked to speak to the manager in the morning our request was ignored because he already knew the situation and there was nothing he could do because we booked with Expedia. I don't think Expedia had anything to do with not booking us in the correct room, or moving us to an already occupied room!!
Be very cautious about booking here because you definitely don't get what you pay for and cleanliness is clearly not a big deal nor is security!! That isn't even touching on the parking situation where there isn't enough parking for all guests and they tell you that you will probably get a parking ticket but they will take care of it.
Definitely not somewhere we will be returning and we will be sure to share our experience with others so they don't have to go through the same crap we did!! less
