I missed my reservation to do plane have mechanical difficulties. I was told I would have to speak to the manager in order to get a refund. Manager would not take my call nor return my call. Excuses were made such as they didnt have the correct spelling of my name. Except, they did as I am a platinum member and they had it for check in and I made sure the person who answered the phone had it and my cell number. In my opinion, they stole the money. less

Thank you for your review. we reviewed your online reservation. Upon making your reservation you guaranteed your arrival with a credit card. Before proceeding with the reservation the cancellation terms will be provide. For this reservation it was 24 hours prior to the arrival date. If the reservation is not checked in a one night charge will be asset on the credit card provided. These were the terms agreed upon when making your reservation.
We understand since we are an airport property that things happen. As of yesterday as a courtesy we provided you funding back your account. We want to apologize for the 48 hour turn around but we need to review all information and have time for processing.
