This is an older hotel. One of the most annoying things was the bathroom door that automatically closed, which was a bit ironic since the door to the room didn't. There were a couple indications of questionable management - I got two face soaps, and no shampoo; they also sent me an email that ended "Sincerely, I'm sorry it's taken time to get back to you. As of right now I have hired candidates . . ." They just don't seem to pay attention to what they're doing, or maybe don't care all that much about what they're doing. They needed to do a better job cleaning.
