Power outage from at least 11 pm until the following day. During that time their was no emergency lighting in the hall or stairwell. The phones did not work. No follow up communication from staff letting us know when electricity might be restored. Not even cold water offered to people trying to make the best of it. People smoking cigarettes and pot in their room on my floor, and permeated the hall. Both queen beds in my room had dirty linens, makeup was found on a pillow case and something brown was found on my bed sheets. Paid for two nights but left in one because of the situation, was not offered refund. less

We would like to sincerely apologize for the issues you encountered during your stay and will follow up with you directly for further assistance. Unfortunately, the sudden power outage affected 10,084 residents in Norman, and it was out across town for about three days. Due to this, the hotel's phones, computers, and printers were all down; despite our best efforts, we were not able to communicate directly with our guests. We do understand your frustrations, and are now working to find better alternatives. We do, again, apologize for the inconveniences and will be addressing them all directly.
