When we were having our breakfast at 9.30 am or at 9.40am. The so called manager Kristine Ekimyan came to us and was telling to leave the area while we were eating our breakfast cause they want to clean while we were eating. They donot have any patience for the guest. Customer service was zero. It was unbelievable while they told us to get up from the table while we were having our breakfast. The price we paid for the hotel doesnot worth it. While making reservation they told me you will get to see the view but they put us in the conjusted room outside door from the hotel. All kinds of noises from the road can be heard all night. When i enter to room i turn on the light there was only one bulb with low brightness. Have to turn on the flash light from mobile to find the other light in the room. The price i paid doesnot worth it at all. And in top of that you have to pay for your car parking 7 dollar per night. No parking service. less

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.
I am sorry we did not meet your expectations when we suggested we relocate you to another seating area 45 minutes after breakfast closed.
Our guests are welcome to use our facilities as needed any time during the day, even after breakfast is served however we do need to turn down & clean the breakfast room and on this particular incident, the area was previously reserved for a meeting.
We love our location across the street from the beach however sometimes noise can be out of our control. To help "ease" the noise, we have double paned balcony windows that keep the noise outside the room when the window is closed and if needed for sleep, we offer complimentary ear plugs.
For guests not desiring to pay $7 to park at the hotel, or for guests with additional cars, we suggest street parking which is available in our vicinity.
We hope that you got to take advantage of our free amenities, such as wireless high speed internet, breakfast and complimentary use of beach chairs, beach umbrellas, towels and beach toys.
I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience.
