We booked based on overall reviews, price point, free shuttle, and the location as we were only needing a hotel for an overnight layover. We probably would have been better off trying to sleep in the airport. Upon arrival the room we received did not have air. The hotel clerk was very apologetic about it. We were reassigned rooms. We received a corner room and it was actually quite spacious. That is about where the good things end. The bed is probably the worst bed I have ever slept on in my life. It was super lumpy and every time you moved the whole entire bed moved with you. The pillows immediately went flat when you laid on them. Starting at about 9:30 PM to about 2:30 AM the room beside us had people in and out the room about every 10 minutes. You could never hear the people through the walls, but you could hear the door slamming every time it was opened. Finally someone must have called about it because we heard hotel security knocking on their door about 2:45 am and then the police arrived and were out in the hall for a while thereafter. At this point my back was hurting so bad and I had little sleep that I decided to just get up and take a shower. The water pressure was fine, but the tub did not drain correctly and you end up standing in water. We are actually about to leave and just head to the airport early since the shuttle does run 24 hours. less
