I have stayed at this hotel numerous times in the past. It is the closest BW to the Williams Grove Speedway and I attend WoO events there several times a year. The hotel has undergone renovations over the past couple years to improve the visual appearance of the hotel but not much else has been improved. The rooms are average with no real frills and the main reason we stay there is the indoor pool. This area was improved by the addition of a bathroom in the pool area and that is all. I encountered several issues during this stay which started at check in. When I arrived no one was at the front desk to check in. There was a sign to call a number but the last 2 digits of the phone number were not visible due to a piece of paper covering them. Once I went to my vehicle and retrieved my phone I was able to find the number of the hotel and call and when the phone rang someone came from the back to check me in. I was informed that due to COVID we were not offered any breakfast option at all. Also no recognition of my BW rewards elite status, no complimentary water, nothing. I dropped my things off in my room because we arrived around 6:20 and we were heading straight to the Speedway. We arrived back that evening and once again no one was at the front desk. We discovered in the morning that there was no facial tissue in our room. I found housekeeping in the hallway and asked if they had any and they did not. I stated that I would ask at the front desk when I went to get breakfast, When I left to get breakfast, once again no one was at the front desk. I returned from breakfast and the front desk was vacant once again. I returned to my room and ate breakfast with my family, we came down and used the pool and spa for a few hours. I stopped at the front desk on my way back to the room and requested facial tissue and another roll of toilet paper for our room. The gentleman at the front desk, the same man who had been there the evening before, asked my room number and got up from his chair where he was sitting. At this time I noticed the the gentleman was sitting with his feet up and was not wearing any socks or shoes The gentleman went to the back and after a few minutes did not return. I presumed that he was going to have housekeeping bring them to my room. I returned to my room and my family and I all showered will preparing to leave for dinner and to return to the speedway, No one ever brought the requested items to our room. We retuned to the hotel around 11 less
