My family stood at this hotel for three nights. When you first check in you have to either ring the bell or call the phone listed in the front desk to get assistance. Once checked in I asked about breakfast hours and was told that no breakfast is provided at this hotel. I told the receptionist that according to the website breakfast was provided and that's why I chose this hotel. Then she said we can provide you with go bags,but that I will need to call in the morning so it can be prepared. First, morning called for our breakfast bags and was told there was none because the truck never arrived. I was told I will be given a credit for this on my account. Day 2 my husband waited for over 20 minutes at the front desk to get our breakfast. There was no receptionist. Then eventually someone told him they will bring the breakfast to the room. They came 2 hours later and only gave us 2 breakfast when there were 2 adults and 2 children in the room.
The facilities pool was dirty. The hot pool you can tell has not been working for quite some time. It was filled with scum and the water was filthy. There was hair around the side of the pool. We complained of the cleanliness of the pool and they said they would clean it. The next day it was still the same. Never cleaned same hair Ball around the pool and the hot tube filthy. There are no towels at the pool. You have to request towels from the front desk or bring it from your room. Good luck with trying to get towels from the front desk when there is no one available.
As for the cleanliness of our room, the shower walls were moldy on the corners. The floors had cracks and the sink counter top had some gum looking thing stuck to it. We only allowed the hotel to clean our room once because they did a poor job in the cleaning. The cleaner left dirty rags in the room by the television stand. Also the beds were not properly made. Pillows were left on the ottoman in the corner of the room. The towels in this hotel are dingy and only two per room are given. I had to request for more towels. There were stains on the bed covers and towels.
During checkout I spoke to the receptionist Snehal. I told him again of all the issues we encountered at the hotel he said he knew about it because he read the notes that were left from our complaints. I told him that I was informed of receiving a credit and he told me he would speak again to the manager to get it approved. He said it will take him 30 minutes,I never received my credit less
