Note safe, not clean.
Pictures on line looked like a nice place. We got to the room pretty late at night and missed it because it’s in the back parking lot of another hotel with no sign. Noticed right away the room was dirty. The paper off a breakfast muffin on the floor, trash behind the nightstands when I went to plug in the phone, and BLOOD on the toilet paper dispenser. (We first thought it MIGHT be rust, but the second day I wiped it with a makeup wipe, and it was definitely blood.) Gross!! Lots of other small things. I was told the cleaning staff was gone for the night. The room was 80 degrees, and we thought maybe the AC hadn’t been on and that it would cool through the night, but it only got down to 75. So the next morning we leave to go down stairs and tell the manager, and we realize that the door doesn’t latch. When you shut the door, it looks closed, but you can just push on it and it comes open! No key required! So we go down stairs, eat the subpar breakfast, and tell the manager. She tells us that the building is settling and that lots of the doors have that issue, and they really haven’t been sure what to do about it. She doesn’t apologize or act too concerned, but says she will send someone up to address the issues wile I am gone to work during the day. So I have to go upstairs and get all my valuables out of the room, and now I am late for work. Come back early that evening. Bed has been made, but all the other trash and blood is still there. Door still pushes right open. AC is at 79 degrees and blowing warm air even though it’s set on 60. I call and ask for a manager, but am told there isn’t one at work right now. This girl was really sweet, but acted like she couldn’t help me. I basically told her I knew this wasn’t her fault, but I wanted my money back for the remaining nights and that I was leaving. She called a manager and made it happen. We went next door and they said that they get people who come over from next door all the time complaining about that place. Complete disappointment and pain in my butt. Ended up at the Courtyard a couple exits down for $7 more a night. less

We apologize for all your troubles. However, we don't show you to be a guest at our hotel. I spoke to the General Manager, and he has no knowledge of these issues.
