This hotel is in a great location, which is part of the reason we picked it. However, we were less than pleased with our stay. To start, the front desk staff was unwelcoming. We were also surprised to learn that we had to pay $10 a day for parking in the hotel lot. The lot did not ever seem to run out of spaces, so it just seems like a money grab. In addition, our room had a mildewy smell and soon after we checked in my partner started sneezing uncontrollably and had watery eyes and a runny nose; similar symptoms to an allergic reaction. Our guess was that mold was coming from the AC unit. He does not ordinarily have allergies. In addition, our room was not cleaned during our 2 day stay, so we had to seek out the cleaning crew to request new towels. Finally, this area and hotel are particularly loud; there are partiers yelling outside constantly and you can hear toilets flushing from above/below/next door to your room. Overall, this was a pretty disappointing stay. less

Self Parking charges are mentioned on the site and all the hotels in Nashville charge for hotel parking. We will make sure to forward these comments to the upper management for improvement.
