After the first 5 minutes, the bottoms of my feet were black from walking around my room. The internet didn't work for half of my stay, and after calling the IT line, the front desk called my room and unapologetically said it wouldn't be fixed until tomorrow. Then it was still broken the next day. For breakfast, I went to pour myself some orange juice from the machine, and out came about a dozen fruit flies. It was a pretty subpar experience considering the nightly rate. less

It is our duty to provide you with a thoroughly cleaned room in which all features and amenities are working properly and in this instance we failed you. I have spoken with our Housekeeping Supervisor and we have since had the carpet in your room deep cleaned. The WiFi issue was caused by a Comcast outage which lasted two days. I apologize for the inconvenience this caused and the way in which our staff handled your concerns. I hope that you will choose to stay with us again in the future so that we may have the opportunity to provide you with a superior experience.
