I just spent the night of July 4th at your Las Vegas, NM location. It was an appalling experience. They had to know that the annual 4th of July festival was on, but they were totally unprepared. I tried to get some help from the desk clerk, but she was involved in a dispute between management and someone who had bounced a check. She abandoned her desk for at least an hour to talk on the phone in the office while several guests stood about in the lobby. I finally went into the pantry area and managed to find what I needed. Never did see the desk clerk. The ice container and glasses were hidden in a chest in the room, took a long search to find them. TV had a weird selection of channels, no MSNBC, CNN, or decent national channels could be found. The handicapped shower spread water all over the bathroom tile, dangerous. Room card wouldn't work on back access door, I had to walk barefoot all the way around to the lobby. Breakfast had a line out to the lobby. Ladies would not even let me get my orange juice. The girls were trying, but was dismal food. At over $100 for a room one would expect better. You owe me a refund.

We were fully prepared for the 4th of July Fiestas. With staff and accommodations. The desk clerk was d43ealing with another guest not management as stated. The furniture in the guest room has several cupboard's that gold different amenities as most hotels have. We are not hiding glassware and ice buckets. We use direct TV with Sports channel. The door lock does work. The activation light was burnt out and has been replaced. We had three employees working breakfast. Two serving and one in the kitchen cooking. We also had a maintenance person keeping the trashes empty. We cannot control if a large group of guests happen to come down at one time for breakfast and we are all trained to jump in and help-. Our breakfast food is way above the Best Western standards. We are sorry you did not enjoy your stay. We do try extremely hard to ensure all our guest have a great experience.
