For the record, I am not one to normally hop on here and leave reviews. But being as this was a traumatic experience, I thought I’d hopefully save someone some money and horrible experiences.
From the staff to the basic amenities of this establishment, everything is not well kept. The experiences I will be discussing will have came from my 4 night stay with Best Western.
First night- the room we stayed in didn’t have a working furnace. So it was an ice block to sleep in, we tried moving rooms but Miss Attitude front desk lady refused to move us.
*Keeping in mind we were 2 of 8 guest in the hotel at the time
Next morning after several complaints they moved us to another room. But that room had its fair share of complications as well:
•Everytime you left your room, your key card would stop working. And if you went front desk to get a new key A). Miss Attitude was working and I’m sure you can guess how that went B). They were super difficult to work with because our id’s were inside the room we were locked out of.
•The bathroom was a pube infested city. So much hair everywhere gross gross.
•Poop stains in the toilet from previous poopers.
•The shower head was broken and was just hanging awkwardly off the wall.
Throughout the stay- There was so many staff members who just casually wore their masks underneath their chins and/or weren’t wearing masks. Eventually after two days I started taking pictures of the staff members who weren’t even attempting to put their masks over their faces whenever a guest would walk by them. I am far from the mask police, but it would be nice if the staff could give that common courtesy.
Supposedly we were supposed to have “sack breakfasts” because amenities like Breakfast, Pools and room service are not accessible. But we never received any.
Save yourself a headache + some cash. Go to the Days Inn right next door. They’re nicer there 😊 less

When you checked in we had to ask your traveling partner to please put on a mask. When we changed your room we never heard that you had a complaint. We had many more guest in the hotel than you state. We offer a grab and go breakfast everyday at the front desk from 6am to 9am and we usually leave them up longer for later guests. We take great pride in the cleanliness of our hotel. We have retrained the housekeeper whom cleaned your room.
We are sorry for anything that went wrong during your stay.
