This "plus" hotel was honestly a low-to-mid grade hotel. It was clean, but the overall quality does not match the price they charge. The beds were uncomfortable and the pillows lumpy. The ice machines on both floors were also broken for the length of our stay, which was annoying. We didn't bring these issues up with the front desk staff during our stay as none seemed likely to be something they could "fix".
All in all, we are not likely to return here at all. Spend an extra few bucks and stay somewhere else. less

I'm terribly sorry for the ice machines not working this weekend. We've sent out a service call for them today. As with most things, equipment seems to break at the beginning of a long weekend, when service is unavailable. We do have them quarterly checked and maintained by a third party refrigeration company, but sometimes there's no predictions that would prevent them from failing abruptly. We do have a restaurant on site with more ice machines, that ice could have been requested from. Unfortunately their ice machines aren't the same type that dispenses into ice buckets for the hotel rooms.
