Excellent place to stay

I apologize for not having the pool up and running for you and your grandson. I have just taken over this wonderful establishment 2 weeks ago and have been in process of working on getting that up and running. We have designated pet rooms and do apologize for you being in a pet room. I do not recall you talking to me. With this being a 3rd party reservation, I would have let you know that you would have been able to cancel through your third party and that we would have not charged you for stay. Had we spoke the next morning I would have helped you with contacting the 3 party and helped with resolving this current issue. Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future. I hope that you will consider staying with us again so that we can have another chance to provide you with a superior experience. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DIRTY ROOM.

Room was dirty with a used wash rag hanging in shower. Pool was closed for the Rona yet the Marriot pool was not across the street. Sack lunch for breakfast was terrible. Glad I got a bottle of water ... more
