The hotel was dated; rooms were fine, but bed was hard as a rock. Our biggest frustration was their housekeeping policy. We stayed four nights. After the second night, our trash cans were full and we needed some extra towels so we stopped at the front desk on our way out in the morning to ask if we could have some housekeeping service. We were told that they only offered housekeeping for guests who stayed four days or more. I understand that housekeeping may be affected by COVID or they may have been short-staffed, but you would think they would have mentioned something to us about this unique policy at check-in. The sign in our bathroom told us to leave towels on the floor that we needed to switch out - no where did it say that they only came every 4 days. People were leaving their trash and dirty towels in the hallway. I asked if we could at least have some towels brought up. They said no problem. Came home 10 hours later to no towels. Front staff was friendly, but the one person we spoke with about the housekeeping did not seem to be too accommodating. less

We are sorry that the housekeeping service is not being offered to stayovers at this time. We are incredibly short staffed as everyone else is having the same problem I'm sure you are aware. We hope the next time you are in the area you will give us another chance to wow you with our customer service.
