Hotel has to many large, loud dogs,barking in hallways woke me. Also, not a COVID conscious. I am a BW rewards member and get emails saying company policy is masks, well no masks here!! Looked like they had a good breakfast, but did not feel safe going in room.

While COVID-19 has caused us to make amendments to our hotel’s services and offerings for your safety and wellbeing, our hotel continues to look for ways to improve our guests’ stay. We appreciate you providing insight on what we can do to better meet your needs going forward. Please know that the health and safety of our guests remain paramount, and as such, we were among the first in the industry to roll out standards and best practices to enhance our cleaning protocols at the start of COVID-19. Our hotel prides itself on embracing BWH Hotel Group’s We Care Clean™ initiative, and our trained staff are committed to ensuring the highest cleanliness standards recommended by the Centers for Disease Control. We would also like to take this time to apologize for the inconvenience from other guests pets. We are happy to accept pets at our facility and have rooms available on our upper floors available for guests who would prefer a non pet friendly area of the hotel. We take pride in accepting the furry four legged family members with our guests but also ask that pets are not left unattended. We understand that sometimes there may be a noise complaint and are happy to contact the guests and address this issue as to not have it interrupt the rest of other guests.
