The hotel room is okay - but was not really worth the price we paid. We stayed here for a nighttime layover that we had.
What I was extremely disappointed in was the front desk staff and their lack of customer service. When checking in on a Friday night, we confirmed the shuttle schedule for the next morning at 6AM. When speaking with the female front desk staff Friday night she persuaded us to get on the 6AM shuttle, not the 6:30AM to make sure we would get to our flight on time. She said we were booked on the 6AM and good to go. The next morning we checked out and boarded the shuttle at 5:55AM. Then the same female front desk staff told us we needed to get off the shuttle since there was no room for us and that we needed to take the 6:30AM. She did not offer her condolences nor was she apologetic, as SHE WAS THE ONE who told us to take the 6AM and booked it for us. All she kept saying was “there’s no room. You need to take the 6:30AM”. We then got off and had to wait for the 6:30AM shuttle and rush to our flight.
What frustrated me the most was the lack of customer service. As someone who works in customer service, the situation should have been handled differently and with better wording. Even a “I apologize that there was a mixup, there is currently no room for you on this shuttle and I have made sure there is room on the next one for you” would’ve gone a lot farther. I would say if you stay at this hotel for just the room, it might be suitable but their shuttle situation is extremely unreliable and the staff are disappointing. less
