Rooms need major updating.

I have been a loyal Best Western customer for over 20 years and this by far was my worst experience ever. Room was in very poor condition. Bathroom tub finish pealing, vent cover missing, desk chair broken and the room had no towels. We reported the missing towels when we checked in and were told they would be delivered to our room soon. We went out for six hours and when we returned there still no towels in the room. I went down to the front desk and was told they would be there shortly. It took about 45 minuets for the towels be delivered. After a long day of traveling and then an evening out having to wait for towels was completely unacceptable. When I sat on the desk chair and leaned back I almost fell on the floor because the back of the chair was broken. I was very lucky I did not get injured. I have stayed in lots of Best Westerns and this by far was the worst one I have ever stayed in. It reflects very badly on the Best Western name this hotel should change the name to The Worst Western. less
