Upon arrival, the hotel lobby was empty with no front desk attendant, only a phone number to call for service. Not a good way to greet a guest who has just traveled 700 miles and has a dead phone. Had to track down a passerby to borrow a phone. Someone finally answered after multiple calls and then behaved as if I had just interrupted something far more important than checking in a guest. I expect more from Best Western. less
