HORRIBLE RUDE CHECK IN EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE

Our photo club stayed in Best Western most of our trips. We like the cleanness of the room and the good customer service. BUT NOT THIS TIME!! March 25, 2017, We booked 4 rooms at this Best Western, we checked in at around 4 pm after a long drive. The front desk staff was very rude with bad attitude. He asked us to show the ID and visa cards for each room but we could not sign for our own room but the one who booked our room. One of our us shown the Best Western Point card as usual check in at Best Western, he refused and said the room was not booked under his name and cannot get points. We told him that we had no trouble for the other Best Western, he told us that it should not be the same policy. As "we are FRANCHISE", can have their own policy!! He gave us his manager card and welcomed us to complaint him. He would work till 7 pm on that day.
Once he got our visa information, he put a sign for will come back, then walked away even not answered our questions and told us the location for our rooms. One of the TV was not working, no one answer the phone or in the front desk till the next morning. We all travel a lot every year. This is the worst customer service that we experienced!! less
