Terrible! Avoid if at all possible!

It took over an hour to check-in, and they still didn’t have a room available for us. Even though we had already paid and were supposed to be guaranteed a room, they acted as if we should be so happy that they saved the only room they had left for us. We were planning to go and change in our room to get ready for a wedding we were attending. Instead, because there was no room available at check-in, we had to get ready in the lobby restrooms. We were late for the wedding, even though it was only 15 minutes from the hotel, because it took so long at the hotel. We finally got a call that the room was ready 5 or 6 hours after we tried to check-in. When we got to the room, it was dirty. It looked like a quick clean job after the last person left. The staff did not apologize for any troubles. To top it off, we chose this hotel because it had a pool, and the pool was closed. At breakfast, they were out of several foods. I’m not really a picky person, and I don’t usually complain, but some things are just too much. There are many other hotel options in the area. My suggestion is to go somewhere else. less
