I'm currently staying at deluxe 902, got free upgrades by the sales person (Ms Kiki) whom have been very helpful throughout the entire search prior to check in. So thank you Ms Kiki for the kind and prompt response, definitely one to keep. 👏 👏 👏
Door man was not very much helpful, once the car approaching the lobby, he was just looking out of the door as if it's just a car passing through. D'oh. 😔
However, everything was again fixed by a prompt check in and a very helpful guy at front office, Adit. ☺ 👏 he was very accommodating and managed to do extra mile by scanning few important documents I needed in a very short period.
I stayed in different room yesterday, top floor, as I requested and enjoyed every bit of it. It was tidy and additional set up I requested was delivered. The linen was a bit worn out but everything was nice.
Since there's an upgrade, I took the offer and moved to the other room.
It's now a nicer room, in terms of design, and very spacious.
However I wasn't again very happy with the housekeeping dept.
In hard times like this, where a lot of properties are closing down and barely surviving, the least you can do so that you can keep your job is to have a happy guest.
The housekeeper doesn't accommodate my additional set up request (extra towel -for missing face towel set up, praying mat, and extra pillow -for worn out others.) prior moving. Which was silly because I have reminded the HK and FO dept twice. 😔 😔 😔
Then my unhappy self become petty. I wanted to take shower, and found silly pink dirt on the bathtub. Very disgusting. Most likely it was soap bar from the previous guest. Ew. 😭😖
I haven't got out of my room, and still have the dirt on my bin. Cleaned it myself. Can't be bothered with their HK staffs who seemed "very busy" with 15 rooms occupied. 😲😐😑
Breakfast food was okay BTW.

Also, I realized that they might put excessive amount of chemical (chlor) at the pool because my skin turned extremely dry after swimming. Horrible pool.
Gym was alright, will take you extra 10 mins to ask someone to turn the air con on, which is very understandable due to the current situation.
I hope they improve so I will prolong my stay, cause there are indeed other bigger and renowned properties around the city which are selling at the same price point.
