No Hot Water

I want to assure you that I take this very seriously and I have spoken with the chief engineer and the whole maintenance team to get this issue fixed. I am so sorry your stay was not perfect. I openly admit that we are short handed but we are working diligently to correct the problem. I also want to mention we moved to a self serve full breakfast last Saturday. This will help with a smoother transition through the breakfast room. i hope you come back and see us after all the covid restrictions are over and people want to return to work.
