Let me start by saying all staff members that I or my husband dealt with were professional and courteous.. We wanted to get away for a few days for our anniversary (have a live in year old grandson lol) and just enjoy a quiet just us trip. Friday the 9th we had almost a 2 hour drive (normally an hour for us) because of the weather. When we came in to register it went quickly but was told the hot water was in the process of being fixed. Things happen we understand and just figured it would be a couple hour thing. We booked the jacuzzi room, well see above, lol. so that meant not being able to use it till much later. We ordered delivery from down the street (Gino and Joes I believe review for them to come) and decided with weather wasnt worth going out. Approx 7/8ish the gentleman from the front desk knocked on our door to let us know we should have hot water, we did yay!.. so rough start to first night but ended well. Next morning we have breakfast (very good for a continential style) andno hot water for showers so left for the day came back and had hot water night 2 went well again as for hot water went to fill up tub more when hubby got out and water was tepid, just thought maybe everyone was taking showers and so forth. Sunday rolls around and go to breakfast and come back to take showers and leave again for the day and no hot water again. Cleaned up as best as we could and left for the day thinking it would be back on ..and it was't. (everytime personally walked down to desk to ask/place a complaint about it.) Mon get up, start packing up and go to breakfast and talk to the manager Tabitha, who was professional and did adjust our stay. One more point or two the pool was nice decent sized but the hot tub was also down the whole weekend. Again all the staff were very good and no issues with the room/breakfast itself just the hot water issue. less
