We booked a stay at your hotel when we came out to see.our grandson 's graduation at Fort Sill in September, 2016. We did.not know the area at all, but thought since it was listed as a resort and conference center, it would be pretty.nice. I booked a king suite, going off the picture on your website. I did not get anything close to what I thought I was getting. We were put in a room with 2 queen beds and the "suite" was 2 rooms connected,with one room having a couple chairs, tv, and a table. The rooms were very damp, mosquitoes were everywhere, and I was so disappointed cause we were stuck there for several days. Getting our luggage to the room was another ordeal. The staff was friendly enough but provided no response to why we didn't get what we had booked. We were back in Lawton in December, again for our grandsons final graduation and I definitely stayed away from you hotel. I do see you are remodeling but as I didn't get what I thought I was getting the first time there, I am not sure I would book again My suggestion, don't put photos on your website to lure people in if you can't provide what we think we are getting. We paid way too much for what we got. We are coming back out there in MAY or June right before our grandson ships out to Afganistan, but not sure where we will stay at this time. We travel 2 days to get out there and want to stay in a nice, clean and welcoming room while there. less

It showed in our system as Two Queen-Beds Suite and I found no changes were made to your reservation. Perhaps you should contact the agency for
