0 stars for the noise factor, 4-5 stars customer service and breakfast. Sorry- but 2 stars for waking us all up 4 a.m.. We unfortunately were given a room that faced Highway 191. DO NOT GET A ROOM THAT FACES THE HIGHWAY!!! Ask for a room on the other side of the motel or go elsewhere. We checked in late night, and went straight to jacuzzi/pool. Went back to room and showered. Noise level in our room and on Highway was ok until 4 a.m.. Then the HORRENDOUS highway noise was non-stop. It woke us all up at 4 a.m.. The motel was built too close to the highway and the windows aren't sound proof or didn't help. The noise was awful. Non-stop semi-trucks, noisy motorcycles, and trucks and cars of all types. We could NOT go back to sleep at all so we were extremely tired the next day. Good customer service and breakfast though. less
