The 1st night we arrived the TV did not work, it wouldn't turn on at all (yes it was plugged in), there was hair (and not just a little) in the shower, and the trash can was sitting up on the bathroom counter (ew). We had just driven for 10 hours and arrived at 11pm so we just went to bed. The 2nd day was fine although we weren't in our room very much, maybe 2 conscious hours. The 3rd day the lights and a/c stopped working about 5am making it very uncomfortable and difficult to get ready for the day (or use the bathroom in the dark). The elevator was also out of order, which was not ideal the day after running a race. No discount was given, only rewards points...which only helps if we choose to gamble a stay at this hotel again. On a good note, the guy we checked in with was very professional and friendly, as was the staff at breakfast! less

On behalf of our entire team, I would like to apologize for not exceeding your expectations. We always strive to provide the best service to our guests and on this occasion we did not exceed your basic expectation. We accept no excuse for our housekeeping or maintenance services upon checking into your room were less than adequate. The electrical issues was first thought to be an issue within a hotel breaker however we learned that it was a line issue caused by the heavy wind conditions in our area and it affected a few businesses around us. This is through no fault of the hotel and while we try to make the best of a situation we are at the mercy of the repair crews in regards to how long it takes repairs to be completed.
Your satisfaction is important to us and we will be using the feedback you gave us to implement improvements to ensure we offer a better experience for guests in the future.
